Keepit backs up the following Google Workspace data:

• All Google shared drives across the entire Google Workspace tenant
• Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, and Tasks for account(s) selected for backup
• Google Forms
• Items in the trash bin (but not in the secondary trash)

Limitations:

• Google format files (Docs, Sheets, etc.) in Google Drive are backed up in non-native Google formats. The conversion may cause layout and formatting issues as well as data and metadata loss, resulting in limited functionality.
• For suspended users, we only back up their Gmail and Google Drive (only files in non-native Google formats)

Keepit does not back up:

• Contacts
• G Suite Notes
• Shared folders
• Email lists (groups)
• Google Maps
• Google Sites
