If you're encountering difficulties reauthenticating your Dynamics 365 connector, it's likely due to your use of an outdated version of the Keepit application in Dynamics 365.

To successfully reauthenticate, you'll need to first delete the old app from Microsoft, then you can grant permission for the new one.

Follow these steps to delete the old app:

Important: Note that to reauthenticate a connector, the user must be a Global admin.

1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.

2. Under Admin centers, select Microsoft Entra.

3. Select Enterprise applications and then click on the Keepit Dynamics CRM app.

4. In the Delete Application section, click the View properties link.

5. Select Delete.

6. Back in Keepit, click the "Your connector needs to be reauthenticated" status.

7. Select Accept to grant updated permissions for the app.

Note: The "Your connector needs to be reauthenticated" status will disappear only after the next backup will start.
