If you encounter any issues or questions, you can easily submit a Support ticket directly through the platform.

Submit a support ticket

1. In the left-hand menu, click the Support icon in the lower corner. 

2. Click + Create new ticket.

3. Select the product area related to your issue.

4. Enter a subject.

5. Describe your issue. You can add up to 10 screenshots.

6. Click Submit.

A support agent will get back to you as soon as they can.

You will be notified via an in-app message and by email as soon as you receive a reply.

Close a support ticket

If your issue has been resolved, you can close the support ticket one of the following ways:

  • Point to the ticket in the ticket list and click the check mark on the right. Then click Yes, close to confirm.
  • Open the ticket, click Close ticket, and then click Yes, close.

Reopen a support ticket

If you need to reopen a ticket, you can do so one of the following ways:

  • Point to the ticket in the ticket list and click the circular arrow on the right. Then click Yes, reopen to confirm.
  • Open the ticket, click Reopen ticket, and then click Yes, reopen.
