Your backup can fail for several reasons such as network issues between Keepit and your SaaS application, an unstable Internet connection, a release rollout, or a servers reboot. You can check if the cause was related to our servers by visiting our System Status page, which lists incidents that may affect a backup. In all of these cases, you can simply wait for the next backup, which should be completed successfully.

Another reason could be that the authentication between Keepit and your SaaS app is no longer valid. If this is the case, you will be prompted to reauthenticate your connector. After a successful reauthentication, your backups will continue.
