Download an entire user

Downloading a user will download all user data including the user's mailbox, contacts, tasks, calendar, and in-place archives.

1. Select the connector from which you want to download.

2. Find the user you want to restore. Navigate Users > user name, or use the search to locate the user. 

3. To the right of the user, select the Download icon. A folder with the user's data will be download to your browser’s default download location.
