If you see a message saying that your connector failed to fetch the domains, the reason may be because API access is disable in the G Suite Admin console.

Before you try to enable API access, we recommend that you delete any existing G Suite connectors from Keepit. These connectors should not have any data in them yet. If for some reason they do, please contact Support before deleting them.

After the API has been enable you can add new connectors.
