Keepit supports the backup and restore of OneDrive versions for all file types.
By default, we will not back up any versions.
In the advanced settings of your backup configuration, you can enable the backup of versions, by selecting to backup the most recent 10, most recent 100, or all versions. Please keep in mind that backing up versions may result in slower backup performance.
Backed up versions can be previewed in the Versions Viewer Previewer in the Versions history tab.
You can recover your files in the following ways:
- Restore a whole file with all versions
- Restore only the most recent version of a file
- Restore a previous version of a file
- Restore a folder by restoring all versions of each file or by restoring only the most recent version of each file
Use the Versions Viewer Previewer to restore a previous version of a file.
Use the item restore to recover specific files or folders. Here you can also select to restore only the most recent version or all versions of each file.
