Partners can create Partner and SSO Admin users.

Resellers can create Reseller and SSO Admin users.

MSP Partners can create MSP Partner and SSO Admin users.

Create a new user

  1. On the Dashboard page, in the Users & Tokens card, select +.
  2. Enter a username and user email.
  3. Select a user role.
  4. (Optional) Select an expiration date.
  5. Select Create.

Edit a user

  1. On the Dashboard page, find the user in the Users & Tokens card.
  2. Hover over the user and select the gear icon. 
  3. Update the name, email, user role, and/or expiration date.

  4. Select Update.

Delete a user

  1. On the Dashboard page, find the user in the Users & Tokens card.
  2. Hover over the user and select the trash icon. 
  3. Select Delete
