A Parent account can create and manage Partner and Customer accounts. 


Create a parent account

  1. Open the Accounts page.
  2. To the right of the Accounts list, click +
  3. Select Partner, then Next.
  4. Select a product for the account and products to add to the partner's product portfolio.
  5. Select a service start date.
  6. Enter account details.
  7. Enter user details for the primary user.
    This user will be assigned the Partner role, granting full access to the PMC. 
  8. Review the details and click Create.


Create a reseller account

  1. Open the Accounts page.
  2. To the right of the Accounts list, click +
  3. Select Reseller, then Next.
  4. Select a product for the account and products to add to the partner's product portfolio.
  5. Select a service start date.
  6. Enter account details.
  7. Enter user details for the primary user.
    This user will be assigned the Reseller role, granting access to the PMC. 
  8. Review the details and click Create.


Create a customer account

  1. Open the Accounts page.
  2. To the right of the Accounts list, click +
  3. Select a product.
  4. Select a service start date.
  5. Enter account details.
  6. Enter a username and email for the primary user.
    This user will be assigned the Master Admin role, granting full access to the Keepit platform. 
  7. Review the details and click Create.


Edit an account 

  1. Open the Accounts page.
  2. Point to the account and select ••• > Edit.
  3. Edit the account information and click Update.


Delete an account

  1. Open the Accounts page.
  2. Point to the account and select ••• > Edit.
  3. Open the Service tab. 
  4. Click Cancel service.
  5. Click Yes, cancel to schedule account deletion.
