Download your data

1. In your connector, locate the item you want to download.  

2. Optional: To download an older version of the item, click the Snapshots Viewer icon and select an earlier snapshot. You will now be viewing data from that specific time.

3. Point to the item and select ••• > Download options > Download. The file or folder will be downloaded to your browser’s default download location.

Tip: To download multiple items, select the items. In the toolbar, select Download > Download.

Copy your download link

1. In your connector, locate the item you want to link to.  

3. Point to the item and select ••• > Download options > Copy download link. 
The link will be successfully copied to your clipboard.
