Open the shared link in a browser to see what data has been shared with you.

Shared File

If just one file has been shared, you will see a preview of the item (preview not supported for all items). Select the icons in the upper-right corner of the File Previewer to download or print the item.

Shared Folder

If a folder has been shared with you, you will see all the contents of the folder. You can download the entire folder or each subfolder as a ZIP file.

Or you can download individual items by selecting the download icon to the right of the item.

Preview a file by clicking on the item. From the File Previewer you can directly download or print the item.
