Use the dashboard page for a quick overview of the state of all your connectors, backups, and recovery jobs.

Only the Master Admin, Backup Admin, and Full Support user roles can access the dashboard.

Overview

The dashboard includes the following sections:

  • Connectors navigation panel
  • Connector status
  • Useful materials
  • Backup status
  • Backup job statistics
  • Recovery job status
  • Recovery job statistics


Connectors Navigation Panel

If you have more than one connector, from the navigation panel you can navigate to different connectors.

To help you stay on top of your backups, connectors in a critical state will be marked with a red icon.

Connector Status

This card shows the current state of your connector, including its health.

You can also see an overview of what was covered in the last backup. 

Note: During the first backup, it will show the data that will be backed up.

From the tools in the upper-right corner, you can:

  • Open the connector for browsing
  • Open the connector's configuration
  • Open the job monitor
  • Share or delete the connector
  • Open the restore wizard (only for Microsoft 365 connectors)

Useful Links

This card gives you quick access to support materials based on the connector you are viewing. 


Backup Status

This card shows the current state of the backup for easy monitoring. Here you will be able to stay on top of issues as they appear and find what actions you may need to take.

Click the icon in the upper-right corner to open the job monitor.


Backup Job Statistics

This card shows an overview of all backup jobs for the selected period of time.


Recovery Jobs Monitor

This card shows recovery jobs from the last 3 months, allowing you to monitor the current ones or check the history of completed recovery jobs. 

If a recovery job is in progress, the card will show who started the job and when. 

Recovery job types displayed: restore (includes import jobs), item restore, ZIP download, and PST download.

Click the icon in the upper-right corner to open the job monitor.


Recovery Job Statistics

This card shows an overview of all recovery jobs for the selected period.
