A custom property changes the value of a specific resource for an account. This change overrides the product property. Only Support can change the values of product properties.

An account's current properties can be found in the Product properties tab. Under Custom properties, you can view and delete your custom properties.


Delete a custom property

Deleting a custom property will revert the property back to its standard settings. The change will come into effect at midnight.

Deleting an active or scheduled custom property will delete all past and scheduled versions. 

Note: If you created a custom seat limit that took effect immediately, but want to change the start date, you must first delete the entire custom property and then add a new one with the new activation date.

  1. On the Accounts page, hover over the customer account, click ••• > Edit.
  2. In the Product properties tab, under Custom properties, find the property and click the trash icon.
  3. Click Delete.


Delete a scheduled version of a custom property

You can delete a scheduled version of the property without deleting the entire custom property. You cannot delete a version that is currently active or past versions.

Deleting a scheduled version means that the previous version will be active until the next version comes into effect.

  1. On the Accounts page, hover over the customer account, click ••• > Edit.
  2. In the Product properties tab, under Custom properties, find the property and click the gear icon.
  3. In the All versions tab, click the trash icon for the value you want to delete
  4. Click Delete
